胡坦，华中农业大学食品科学技术学院副教授，硕士生导师。入选湖北省高层次人才项目。研究方向为食品软体机器人柔性夹具的设计与制造、短肽分子自组装和生物基涂层设计，目前以第一作者或通讯作者身份在Advanced Materials、Chemical Engineering Journal、Food Hydrocolloids等国际期刊上发表SCI论文13篇（中科院一区TOP期刊论文10篇，封面文章1篇，最高影响因子为29.1），论文累计被引>1200次；申请PCT国际发明专利1件，授权国内发明专利4件；完成成果转化1项。科研论文
