王正聪博士,华中农业大学经济管理学院副教授,世界卫生组织(WHO)外部联合评估(Joint External Evaluation, JEE)专家,长期参与食品安全、公共卫生监测及化学污染事件等领域的技术评估与咨询工作。主持国家自然科学基金、国际合作基金等科研项目,参与国家社会科学基金重大项目、中国工程院战略研究与咨询项目及欧盟“地平线”(EU Horizon)等国内外重要科研计划。其研究聚焦于大数据与人工智能驱动的食物系统风险管理与健康经济,涵盖污染物风险预测、食源性疾病预警、食品安全监管与资源配置优化等方向。作为中方负责人与国际合作团队建立全球食品安全大数据智慧监测平台(Global Intelligence Food Safety Monitoring-Big data)。近年来,相关研究成果发表于Risk Analysis,  Journal of Hazardous Materials, iScience, Food Chemistry, Food Research International等食品安全与风险治理领域重要国际期刊。长期为各级市场监督管理部门,国家食品安全风险评估中心以及国内外食品企业提供食品安全智能决策咨询服务,相关人工智能应用模型被苏格兰食品标准局(FSS)、荷兰公共卫生与健康研究院(RIVM)等各国食品安全监管机构采纳为国家食品安全监测主要参考模型。

Dr. Zhengcong Wang is an Associate Professor at the College of Economics and Management, Huazhong Agricultural University, and an expert for the World Health Organization's Joint External Evaluation (WHO JEE), with long-term involvement in technical assessment and advisory work related to food safety, public health surveillance, and chemical contamination incidents. He has led projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and international collaborative funds, and has participated in major research programmes including Key Projects of the National Social Science Foundation of China, strategic research and consulting projects of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, and the European Union’s Horizon programme. His research focuses on big data- and artificial intelligence-driven food system risk management and health economics, covering contaminant risk prediction, foodborne disease early warning, food safety regulation, and optimization of resource allocation. As the Chinese lead, he has collaborated with international partners to establish the Global Intelligence Food Safety Monitoring–Big Data platform. His research has been published in leading international journals such as Risk Analysis, Journal of Hazardous Materials, iScience, Food Chemistry, and Food Research International. He has also provided long-term intelligent food safety decision-support consultancy to market regulation authorities at different levels, the China National Center for Food Safety Risk Assessment (CFSA), and domestic and international food companies. Relevant AI-based application models developed through his work have been adopted by food safety regulatory agencies such as Food Standards Scotland (FSS) and the Dutch National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM) as major reference models for national food safety monitoring.

全球食品安全监测智能大数据平台(Global Intelligence Food Safety Monitoring-Big data):

A.响应 WHO 倡导的全球食品安全数据驱动研究议程,本人作为发起人和中方负责人,联合荷兰瓦赫宁恩食品安全研究中心(WFSR)大数据团队与信息技术组共同建设并上线该食品安全大数据智能平台,实现跨国监测数据的集成、分析与可视化应用。

B.该平台聚合来自中国市场监管总局(SAMR)、美国 FDA、欧盟 EFSA/RASFF 等主流食品安全监测信息,并同步纳入加拿大、澳大利亚、日本、韩国、泰国等国家/地区海关抽检通报,实现日均更新(2010-至今)。平台累计汇聚约 4,500 万条记录(每条含 28–47 个特征字段),形成覆盖全球、规模化、快速更新且可用于决策的大数据底座。在此基础上,平台集成 AI 预测与分类模型,可实时估计不同食品与污染物的发生概率,开展风险分级与优化排序,并支持中国地级市尺度的可视化与监管应用。
