曾云流,1985年生,浙江温州人,中共党员,博士,博士生导师,副教授。国家现代农业产业体系—猕猴桃质量安全与加工保鲜岗位科学家湖北省青年拔尖人才。果蔬园艺作物种质创新与利用全国重点实验室固定研究人员,园艺作物种质创新与利用国际合作联合实验室办公室主任,华农林肯联合学院园艺(葡萄栽培与酿造)专业负责人。中国园艺学会猕猴桃分会理事、全国园艺作物成熟衰老调控与采后生物学青年学术委员会成员、农业农村部脱贫帮扶县(永顺)猕猴桃产业组组长、国家科技特派团(永善、乐业)猕猴桃产业组组员。受聘为New Zeal J Crop Hort副主编、Future Postharvest and Food副主编,《保鲜与加工》编委。曾赴英国牛津大学(2013-2014)和新西兰皇家植物食品研究院(PFR,2017-2018,2025)合作研究。课题组与PFR有长期合作,近年来选派2名博士生、8名硕士生到新西兰皇家植物食品研究院合作研究1年,已合作发表论文7篇;且长期有合作选派博士生、硕士生及博士后计划。

主要从事猕猴桃采后生物学和绿色保鲜技术研究,主持国家现代农业产业体系专项基金、国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家重点研发计划子课题等科研项目20余项。近年,以第一作者或通讯作者在Plant Communications、Plant Biotechnology Journal、Plant Physiology(3篇)、Plant Journal(2篇)、PBT(6篇)、ESWA、HPJ、JXB等刊物发表学术论文30篇,主编专著《猕猴桃产业实用技术》;授权植物新品种2项,其中1项转让;发布国家、省级等标准4项。授权8项国家发明专利,转化及服务费400多万 研发的1套核心技术和5套装备,在全国6个猕猴桃主产省区示范推广,使示范企业实现‘即食’猕猴桃供应,保鲜期延长1~3个月,效益显著。获神农中华农业科技奖科学研究类成果一等奖(序3)、湖北省科技进步一等奖(序3)、华中农业大学科学研究优秀成果奖-青年探索奖(2025)。

研究方向与重点研究内容:

猕猴桃是一种需后熟方可食用果品。我国是猕猴桃原产国,过去更重视育种和栽培,而采后保鲜与加工研究滞后、专业人才匮乏。本课题组紧密围绕猕猴桃“不可即买即食”和“贮藏寿命短”等重要产业问题开展应用基础和技术研发,重点开展果实淀粉转化、风味品质形成与采后调控机理研究,及提质保鲜方法开发,旨在实现猕猴桃的即食供应,通过产学研合作实现科技成果落地与推广。主要研究兴趣包括:

1. 猕猴桃多信号协同调控机制研究:温度、乙烯和成熟等信号调控猕猴桃果实质体分化、质地软化、风味形成等分子机理研究;温度感受器挖掘,及其受多信号调控的相变调控机理研究。

2. 猕猴桃软腐病抗病机制与防控:猕猴桃果实软腐病的抗病基因挖掘、植菌互作机制研究,以及早期检测、预警技术开发与应用。

3. 猕猴桃即食控熟应用技术研发与装备化应用猕猴桃即食控熟系列技术,果面与果肉商品性提升技术,数字化冷库与气调舱研发,及实用绿色保鲜技术研发。
