袁巧霞，女，1963年生，农学博士，博士生导师。华中农业大学工学院农业生物环境与能源工程研究平台负责人，能源与动力工程专业负责人，农业废弃物综合利用技术与装备创新团队负责人，主要从事农业废弃物增值利用技术与装备的研究，重点研究领域为农业废弃物热化学转换与增值利用、农业废弃物制备植物育苗和栽培成型基质块与育苗钵技术及装备的研究。先后主持国家自然科学基金和省部级科研课题20项，获授权国家专利10余项，发表SCI、EI等收录论文70余篇，作为重要参加人获湖北省科技进步奖2项。主编专业书籍1部，作为副主编和参编人员，参编教材2部。近几年，被湖北省农村能源办公室聘请为湖北省农村能源技术指导专家组成员，被湖北省农业厅聘请为湖北省全程农业机械化推广技术专家组果茶组组长、武汉市蔬菜全程机械化示范工程专家组组长。受聘武汉光谷蓝焰新能源股份有限公司技术顾问，武汉楚天生物能源股份有限公司技术顾问，湖北海图园艺景观工程有限公司技术顾问，武汉市科技特派员。

Yuan Qiaoxia Female Born in 1963 Doctor of agriculture Doctoral supervisor She is Supervisor of Agricultural Bioenvironment and Energy Engineering Research Office, College of Engineering, Huazhong Agricultural University, and a Leader of Energy and Power Engineering Major, and a Leader of Agricultural Waste Comprehensive Utilization Technology and Equipment Research Team. She studies the value-added utilization technology and equipment of agricultural waste. Her research focuses on the thermochemical conversion and Value-added Utilization of agricultural wastes, the preparation of plant seedlings from agricultural wastes, the research of cultivation matrix block and seedling bowl technology and equipment. She has presided over 20 National Natural Science Foundation and provincial and ministerial scientific research projects. More than 10 patents have been authorized by the state, and more than 70 papers have been published and included in SCI, EI, etc. She has won 2 Hubei Provincial Science and Technology Progress Awards as important participants. She edited 1 professional book and wrote some chapters of 2 textbooks. In recent years, she has been appointed as a member of the Hubei Rural Energy Technology Guidance Expert Group by the Hubei Rural Energy Office, and has been hired by the Hubei Agriculture Department as the leader of the fruit-tea group of the Hubei Provincial Agricultural Mechanization Extension Technology Expert Group and leader of expert group of the Wuhan vegetable mechanization demonstration Engineering. She has been employed the technical consultant of Wuhan Optics Valley Lanyan New Energy Co., Ltd., the technical consultant of Wuhan Chutian Bioenergy Co., Ltd., the technical consultant of Hubei Haitu Horticultural Landscape Engineering Co., Ltd., and the Wuhan Special Commissioner of Science and Technology.
