柑橘新品种选育和果实发育调控机理研究
重点研究内容:
针对我国柑橘产业在生产中存在的问题,借助现代分子标记和组学技术,重点开展常规杂交育种、芽变选种以及柑橘果实发育和成熟调控机理研究,培育优质、不同熟期等性状的新品种。重点内容包括:
1)常规杂交育种与芽变选种:通过常规杂交育种创制新种质和品种,对芽变种质资源进行鉴定和筛选获得优良品系;
2)柑橘果实发育与成熟调控分子机理解析:利用柑橘众多的熟期芽变材料和生物组学技术,挖掘调控柑橘果实成熟的重要路径和关键基因,以山金柑、番茄和草莓等为对象,通过遗传转化研究关键基因的功能,并分析其调控机制,继而采用转基因技术进行柑橘分子育种。
