熊雄，男，中共党员，华中农业大学智能养殖与环境科学系副主任，副研究员、硕士生导师，华中科技大学生物医学工程博士，曾任职阿里巴巴-达摩院算法专家。主要从事猪育种研究，研究方向主要包括：1）猪智能表型组。利用RGB/RGBD、X射线/CT、高光谱/拉曼光谱等实现猪生长、产肉、肉质等重要性状的非接触式、活体、高通量测定，研制智能表型组设备，为猪育种研究提供更全面、精准的数据支撑；2）猪重要性状遗传机制解析。基于高通量、高维表型组大数据，利用可解释性人工智能算法解析影响猪重要性状的关键基因及调控网络，直观高效解析复杂性状的遗传本质规律，缩短育种周期，实现精准育种；3）猪育种大模型。整合从“种猪”到“后代商品猪”的全链条，从“出生”到“淘汰”的全周期，涵盖多维组学（基因组、转录组、表观组、蛋白组、代谢组等）、传统表型组和图像/影像表型组的多模态大数据，构建猪育种大模型，实现对猪重要性状的精准预测和选种选配方案的优化。主持科技创新2030-生物育种重大项目子课题、湖北省农业关键核心技术攻关项目等课题，研究成果发表在Nature communications、Computers in Industry、 Computers and Electronics in Agriculture、Plant Methods 等表型组主流期刊和 CVPR、SIGIR、ACMMM 等CCF-A类计算机顶会，申请或授权国家发明专利12项，授权软件著作权2项。
