刘鑫,男,中共党员,陕西西安人。华中农业大学副研究员,硕士生导师。2009-2018年在西北农林科技大学进行本硕博连读,长期从事家畜克隆胚胎发育和基因工程育种的研究。2018 年加入华中农业大学干细胞与再生生物学研究所,(1) 围绕克隆胚胎发育障碍这一核心科学问题,从卵母细胞培养、供体细胞改造、表观遗传修饰和转录因子等方面开发促进克隆胚胎发育的实用技术;(2) 针对哺乳动物的早期胚胎发育,从转录组、表观遗传修饰、染色质状态和关键调控因子等方面揭示精卵结合、合子激活、谱系分化等重要生物学事件的发生机制。近年来参与发表发育生物学相关的高水平论文11篇,授权专利3项,主持基金4项。欢迎对胚胎发育感兴趣的优秀学子加盟!
