Profile

Liu Xin carried out his Ph.D. studies in mammalian embryonic development at the Northwest A&F University, 

and post-doctoral studies at the Huazhong Agricultural University.

He became associate researcher at the Huazhong Agricultural University in 2021, and became professor in 2025.

He is still focusing on the early embryonic development in mammals via multi-omics, and establishing 

techniques to conquer the development barriers of nuclear transfer embryos. One of his research goals is to 

fill the gap in studies regarding the "Central Dogma" during early porcine embryonic development.
