研究方向

Ø   遗传变异的功能预测及验证。主要通过生物信息学、分子流行病学、分子生物学等技术预测及验证遗传变异的功能。近期部分成果:系统分析了多种癌症中遗传变异对甲基化、可变剪切及基因表达的调控和影响,鉴定了大量的功能性遗传变异位点(Nucleic acids research 2015201720182020);鉴定了多个结直肠癌相关的风险位点并阐述其潜在的生物学机制(Annals of oncology2018)、(European journal of cancer2018)、(Molecular carcinogenesis2017)。

Ø   生物大数据的整合分析及挖掘。高通量测序数据(DNA测序,RNA测序,甲基化测序等)分析及TCGAENCODEGTEx等大型数据库资源的深度学习及挖掘。近期部分成果:利用癌症基因组图谱(The Cancer Genome AtlasTCGA)数据库33种癌症组织超过10000个样本的多组学数据,系统分析了小核仁RNAsnoRNA)在癌症中的表达量和临床相关性(Cell Reports2017,封面文章)。

Ø   长非编码RNAncRNA)相关的生物信息学分析及数据库构建。系统分析了SNPmiRNA功能的影响(Human mutation, 2012 引用>250次),SNPlncRNA功能的影响(Nucleic acids research2015 高被引论文)及RNA editing lncRNA功能的影响(Nucleic acids research2017)。
