赵虎,研究员,博士生导师,作物遗传改良全国重点实验室、国家油菜工程技术研究中心和湖北洪山实验室研究人员,油菜遗传改良创新团队成员。围绕作物QTL定位、QTL候选基因鉴定、变异效应解析与调控机制解析,进行了深入系统的研究,开发了一系列方法与平台。在遗传变异效应解析层面,结合深度学习算法构建了水稻基因组序列变异功能效应图谱RiceVarMap;基于多物种的ATAC-seq数据构建了PlantDeepSEA在线服务,首次在植物中实现染色质开放区及其中高影响位点的在线预测。在基因功能解析层面,结合GWAS、全转录组关联分析(Transcriptome-wide association studies,TWAS)与机器学习等手段,开发了GWAS候选基因排序算法POCKET;构建了油菜转录组变异调控图谱及数据库;利用多组学数据对油菜种子含油量、皮壳率等性状进行遗传解析,克隆了BnPMT6、BnCCRL、BnNAC13与BnSCL31等调控含油量的新基因。以第一作者或通讯作者(含共同)在Genome Biol(2022a,2022b)、Mol Plant(2021a,2021b)与Nucleic Acids Res(2015, 2021)发表研究论文6篇。
