尹立林,男,湖北大悟县人,中共党员,华中农业大学研究员,博士生/硕士生导师,“武汉英才”优秀青年人才。华中农业大学和澳大利亚昆士兰大学联合培养博士,研究方向为统计遗传与基因组育种。近年来,主要围绕动物重要经济性状的候选基因鉴定、基因组高效选种及精准选配等开展研究工作,聚焦大数据高效算法创新、多组学数据整合以及相关软件工具开发,研究领域涉及生物统计学、遗传学、计算机科学等多交叉学科,研发的CMplot作图工具、KAML模型算法以及rMVP、HiBLUP、HiBayes等遗传分析软件被国内外学者应用于动植物农业性状及人类疾病性状的遗传解析,其中部分工具被作为范例收录于《R Gallery Book》、《Methods in Molecular Biology》等外文专著。先后以第一/共一作者在Journal of Statistical Software、Genome Biology、Nucleic Acids Research、Briefings in Bioinformatics、Genomics Proteomics & Bioinformatics等行业国际知名期刊上发表多篇高水平SCI论文,其中部分成果入选“湖北省科协优秀科技论文(2021-2023年度)”、“NAR年度突破性进展论文”以及“ESI 1‰热点和1%高被引论文”。授权发明专利20余项、软件著作权2项,科技成果转化超200万元。担任Briefings in Bioinformatics、Bioinformatics、BMC Genomics、Animal Genetics等多个期刊审稿人。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目,作为课题负责人参与科技部国家重点研发计划以及多项横向科研项目。
