易宝军，男，工学博士，副教授，博士生导师，国家公派访问学者，农业工程系主任，东湖高新3551光谷产业教授，湖北省“科技副总”，湖北省级科技特派员。2015年毕业于华中科技大学煤燃烧国家重点实验室，同年进入华中农业大学工学院工作。近年来主持或参与多项国家重点研发计划、国家外国专家项目、国家自然科学基金、农业部行业专项、省重点研发计划等二十余项。开展农业生物质的热转化机理研究，生物炭的新型农业应用、生物质资源化装备的设计与开发等工作，在GC、JCP、AE、ECM、Energy、JEMA等国内外学术期刊上发表SCI学术论文40余篇，其中高被引论文1篇，封面文章1篇，google学术引用近1300次，H指数20，获国家授权发明专利十六项，获得2025年湖北省科技进步二等奖（排名第1）。目前是SCI期刊Biochar、Carbon Research、Sustainable Carbon Materials、Green Carbon、Energy& Envirionment Nexus的青年编委，Nature series of journals、RSER、CEJ、BT、Biochar、Energy、JCP等三十余个SCI国际期刊的特约审稿人、获全国农建优秀指导教师、校科创优秀指导教师、校青年教师讲课竞赛优胜奖、院优秀共产党员等荣誉，组织8th APBC、10th KBRC、ICOBTE & ICHMET 2025、15th JCK Forum、KCP等8个国际会议，担任国际会议主席/联合主席4次。目前博士后1名，指导研究生二十余名，指导国家级大学生创新创业训练计划项目5项、大学生科技创新基金项目7项，指导学生荣获“挑战杯”、“节能减排”、“农建大赛”等十多项国家级奖励。团队与韩国高丽大学、新加坡国立大学、德国伍珀塔尔大学、英国爱丁堡大学、中国香港科技大学、华中科技大学、东南大学、中国农科院、中国农业大学、浙江大学、中国科学院等国内外多家高校和科研院所保持良好的合作关系。

Baojun Yi is an Associate Professor and PhD Supervisor at the College of Engineering, Huazhong Agricultural University, China, and serves as the Director of the Department of Agricultural Engineering. He is a government-sponsored visiting scholar and holds titles including “3551 Optics Valley Industry Professor,” “Science and Technology Vice President” of Hubei Province, and Provincial Science and Technology Commissioner. He received his PhD in Engineering from the State Key Laboratory of Coal Combustion at Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 2015, and joined Huazhong Agricultural University in the same year. He has led or participated in more than twenty national and provincial research projects, including the National Key R&D Program of China, National Natural Science Foundation of China, and international collaboration programs. His research focuses on the thermochemical conversion mechanisms of agricultural biomass, innovative applications of biochar in agriculture, and the design and development of biomass resource utilization equipment. He has published over 40 SCI papers in journals such as Green Chemistry, Journal of Cleaner Production, Applied Energy, Energy Conversion and Management, and Energy, with nearly 1,300 Google Scholar citations (H-index: 20), including one highly cited paper and one cover page paper. He holds 16 authorized invention patents and was awarded the Second Prize of Hubei Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award (ranked 1st) in 2025. He currently serves as a Youth Editorial Board Member for several SCI journals, including Biochar, Carbon Research, Sustainable Carbon Materials, Green Carbon, and Energy & Environment Nexus, and acts as a reviewer for more than 30 international journals such as Nature series journals, Renewable and Sustainable Energy Reviews, Chemical Engineering Journal, and Bioresource Technology. He has organized multiple international conferences, including APBC, KBRC, ICOBTE & ICHMET 2025, and JCK Forum, and has served as Chair or Co-Chair for several international conferences. He supervises one postdoctoral researcher and more than 20 graduate students, and has guided students to win multiple national-level awards, including the “Challenge Cup” and national competitions on energy conservation and agricultural engineering innovation. His team maintains strong collaborations with leading institutions worldwide, including Korea University, National University of Singapore, University of Wuppertal, University of Edinburgh, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Southeast University, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, China Agricultural University, Zhejiang University, and the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
