叶祥盛，女，1967年5月生，华中农业大学资源与环境学院研究员。1993年6月华中农业大学土壤农化专业毕业，获学士学位，2010年获农业资源与利用硕士学位。1993年7月至1997年6月在武汉市农业科学研究所从事无籽西瓜的栽培和育种工作。1997年7月调到华中农业大学土化系植物营养实验室中心工作。
