创制高性能人工酶元件，拓展生物电催化系统应用。
针对糖类底物无法完全氧化利用的问题，设计构建了一系列体外多酶分子机器，可利用木糖、纤维素、生物质糖和麦芽糖等糖类合成高值化学品或产电，并获得理论得率的转化率。通过酶的截短、半理性设计、定向进化以及构建多酶复合体等策略，提升生物催化系统性能。
