万强，男，1989年生，工学博士，硕士导师。2016年毕业于武汉大学，获材料学博士学位，2016年7月起供职于华中农业大学工学院。从事机械制造基础相关课程教学与金属表面改性研究，主持国家自然科学基金、华中农业大学创新基金等项目共5项，参与教学改革项目3项，指导大学生科研项目5项。指导本科生研究生发表SCI/EI论文5篇，所指导学生多人获得国家奖学金，并保送至上海交通大学、武汉大学、厦门大学等高校攻读硕士、博士深造。欢迎材料、机械等相关专业学生报考研究生，也欢迎踏实勤奋、学有余力本科生加入团队研究工作。

Dr.Wan Qiang was awarded his Ph. D degree in Engineering (materials science)from Wuhan University in 2016 and began to work in the college of engineering of HZAU. He is devoted to the teaching of mechanical manufacture related curriculums and the research of surface modification of metals. He has presided 5 projects included the National Natural Science Foundation projects and the school funded project, and participated in 3 education reform projects.
