在植物-线虫互作机制研究方面,以水稻-拟禾本科根结线虫为互作系统,专注于解析线虫调控植物中的碳分配、地上与地下通讯机制,以及线虫取食位点发育机制。在植物线虫绿色防控技术研究方面,致力于揭示植物线虫病害发生的土壤微生态机制,并通过构建人工菌群来调控土壤微生态,以实现植物线虫病的绿色防治。
