在植物-线虫互作机制研究中，以植物-根结线虫为互作系统，创新聚焦三大关键机制解析：线虫对植物碳分配的调控逻辑、植物地上-地下部通讯的介导路径，以及线虫取食位点的发育调控机理。
在植物线虫绿色防控技术研究中，突破传统防控思路，通过揭示线虫病害发生的土壤微生态驱动机制，创新构建人工菌群调控土壤微生态，最终实现线虫病的绿色防治。
