孙权,博士,研究员,博士生导师。2022年毕业于华中农业大学,获果树学博士学位,2022年至2025年在山东农业大学从事博士后研究,2025年8月入职华中农业大学。长期从事果实品质生物学研究,主持国家自然科学基金青年基金和中国博士后科学基金面上项目等国家和省部级课题7项;申请国家发明专利11项(已授权5项);以主要完成人获中国技术市场协会金桥奖先进项目一等奖1项(序2)、湖北省科技进步二等奖1项(序4)和山东省农业科技转化促进会科技兴农奖优秀项目一等奖1项(序3);入选山东省“博士后创新人才支持计划”和“青年科技人才托举工程”。发表研究论文25篇,其中以第一或通讯作者(含共同)在The Plant Cell、Nature Plants、Plant Biotechnology Journal、Plant Communications、Journal of Integrative Plant Biology、Postharvest Biology and Technology等国际期刊发表论文17篇。担任Horticulture Research、Horticultural Plant Journal和园艺学报青年编委;受邀为Journal of Integrative Plant Biology、Molecular Horticulture、Horticulture Research、Horticultural Plant Journal、园艺学报等国内外期刊审稿。
研究方向为:园艺产品采后生物学与保鲜。基于柑橘果实采后品质和贮藏性能的提升和保持,对提高柑橘产业效益和产品市场竞争力的重要作用,主要从以下方面开展研究:(1)挖掘并鉴定柑橘果实有机酸降解关键基因,解析果实采后有机酸动态变化的分子机制;(2)揭示果实有机酸降解和果实失水、粒化、抗性下降等果实采后品质劣变和贮藏性能下降的作用机理;(3)研发柑橘果实长期贮藏“保酸”和早熟柑橘品种果实“降酸”新技术;(4)协同创新柑橘果实采后绿色高效保鲜新方法和新产品,最终实现柑橘果实从果园到餐桌的绿色保鲜。
