Lv-Hui Sun is a Full Professor in the Department of Animal Nutrition and Feed Science at Huazhong Agricultural University. He has got the Ph.D degree in June of 2013 from Sichuan Agricultural University of China. He serves as associate editor-in-chief and editorial board member of the Journals, Animal Research and One Health, Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology, Poultry Science, and Toxicon. His current research aims at understanding 1) The molecular mechanisms of mycotoxins hepatotoxicity and immunotoxicity and Dietary strategies to counteract the toxic effects of mycotoxins; 2) The biological functions of selenium and selenoproteins. He is the winner of Young Teacher Award founded by Fok Ying Tong Education Foundation (2020), National Ten Thousand Talent Program-Young Top Notch Talent Program (2019) and Milton L. Sunde Award that given by American Society for Nutrition (2017). He has published more than 40 SCI papers as the corresponding author in the internationally authoritative Journals, including  Science China-Life Sciences, Journal of Nutrition, Free Radical Biology and Medicine, Archives of Toxicology, Poultry Science, Food and Chemical Toxicology, etc.
