邱昌伟，男，中共党员，副教授，硕士生导师。中国畜牧兽医学会第十五届理事会理事,中国畜牧兽医学会兽医影像技术学分会秘书长，小动物医学分会理事，兽医内科与诊疗分会理事，农业部执业兽医师命题专家及农业部第八届兽药咨询专家，培养毕业研究生28名，在校生11名。重点探索动物肿瘤性疾病的研究与兽医影像新技术。在研项目多项，以通讯作者发表科研论文三十余篇，主编或参编教材10部。
