彭垒，女，1978年7月生，2007年6月参加工作，2007年武汉大学传播学专业博士毕业，讲师。
长期从事新闻学、传播学的教学和研究工作。主要研究方向有：政治传播学、中国新闻史、乡村传播学。所开课程有新闻采编、新闻评论、中外广告史等。主要研究成果有：参编教材1部，公开发表学术论文多篇。承担校级科研、教学项目各一项。
