潘志勇,教授,博导。2011年12月获华中农业大学博士学位并留校工作;2010年8月-2011年8月获国家留学基金委资助于美国马里兰大学联合培养一年。现任果蔬园艺作物种质创新与利用全国重点实验室固定研究人员、湖北省水果(柑橘、猕猴桃)产业技术体系岗位科学家、武汉市科技特派员、中国柑橘学会会员,担任《果树学报》青年编委、《中国果树》编委以及Horticulture Advances、《华中农业大学学报》等期刊客座编辑。
主要从事柑橘土壤微生态调控与高效栽培研究,重点开展柑橘根际养分精准管理、土壤有益微生物发掘与利用、土壤生物改良等栽培技术的研发、示范和推广。主要研究方向包括:(1)柑橘铁养分高效吸收与稳态机制:发掘和创制养分高效柑橘砧木资源,解析砧木在盐碱土等逆境条件下高效吸收铁养分的机制;(2)柑橘-根际微生物互作机制及益生菌发掘利用:鉴定柑橘与菌根真菌等根际微生物共生互作的关键基因,发掘促生、提质、增抗的柑橘根际微生物菌属(株),解析其作用路径;(3)柑橘土壤生物改良及轻简化栽培技术集成:针对南方产区酸化土和西部产区盐碱土,研发生物(砧木、微生物)加化学(活性化合物)土壤协同改良技术,结合水肥一体化、AI管理决策,形成土壤轻简智慧管理体系并示范推广。
迄今主持国家重点研发计划课题、国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家国际科技合作专项、湖北省自然科学基金等30余项。以通讯作者(含共同)在PNAS、Molecular Plant、New Phytologist、Plant Physiology、Plant, Cell & Environment、Horticulture Research、Journal of Experimental Botany等期刊发表论文40余篇;获授权国家发明专利5件,发布地方和团体标准3项,参编专著3部。曾获教育部自然科学奖一等奖(序6)、湖北省优秀博士学位论文、湖北省优秀学士学位论文指导老师、华耐园艺科技奖(序6)、首届新秀奖励基金、全国科技助力精准扶贫先进个人、湖北省科技助力精准扶贫先进团队、华中农业大学教学成果二等奖(序3)等奖励或荣誉。
