孟威威:男,副教授,隶属于光机电共性技术与装备团队。主要从事新型半导体光电子材料与器件的理论、设计、制备研究,专注于半导体材料的计算物理和新材料设计。以第一作者/通讯作者(含共同)身份在Nature Communications,Science Advances,Angewandte Chemie International Edition,Advanced Materials等期刊发表SCI论文20余篇。担任NC、AM、APL、Solar RRL等期刊审稿专家。主持国自然青年基金、博后面上等项目。
研究方向:
(1)新型绿色光伏半导体材料第一性原理设计;
(2)有机-无机及分子间相互作用理论研究及其对半导体器件构筑影响;
(3)高效光致发光材料理论与实验设计。
未来研究计划:智能响应材料在农业场景中的探测及传感应用。
