Profile

李林,男,1965年出生,理学博士,教授,博士生导师。华中农业大学生命科学技术学院教师,农业微生物学资源发掘与利用全国全国重点实验室PI1999年毕业于华中农业大学生命科学技术学院微生物学专业,获理学博士学位。先后于2000-20022003-2004年和2009先后赴韩国浦项工科大学、德国Max-Planck-Institut fuer InfektionsBiologie研究所和美国加州大学戴维斯分校分别从事博士后(或访问学者)研究工作。目前主要从事微生物生物技术方面的研究工作。曾任中国微生物学会基础微生物专业委员会副主任。Springer/Elsevier期刊、Front MicrobiolIJMS等期刊编辑。国家科技进步奖函评专家,以及国家科技部、国家自然科学基金委员会、教育部、湖北省、江苏省、江西省和福建省等多个省部级科技计划、科技成果和人才项目评审专家。先后主持国家863项目、国家973项目课题和国家自然科学基金项目等科研项目20余项。

科研方向:

以假单胞菌、芽孢杆菌、大肠杆菌和谷氨酸棒杆菌等原核细菌和酵母菌为对象,主要进行环境降解、底盘细胞改造、功能元件研发与适配性研究、基因表达活性调控、作用机制与应用技术基础等方面的研究工作。目前主要科研方向为:

1)假单胞菌降解环境难降解和有毒化合物的功能基因、降解活性、作用途径与机制;

2)运用CRISPR-Cas9/CRISPR-Cas12f1CRISPR-RNA等基因编辑工具进行假单胞菌、芽孢杆菌、大肠杆菌和谷氨酸棒杆菌基因组简约编辑,规模性删除基因组冗余基因和改造细菌底盘细胞;

3)体内连续进化并联合体外进化策略,以理性设计、半理性设计和构建自组装人工多酶复合体等生物技术策略实现对不同酶蛋白的分子改造,以大幅提升酶催化活性与酶底物适配性;

4)针对细菌和酵母细胞工厂不同元件的适配性研究。已在假单胞菌、大肠杆菌和酵母菌成功发掘不同强度的系列启动子、RBS、群体感应系统单元和菌体自杀系统单元,以适应于不同使用目的需要。


学术成绩:

长期以来主要围绕假单胞菌环境降解、致病与杀虫相关的功能基因、表达调控、作用机制与应用技术基础等方面进行了一系列研究工作,发表SCI论文80余篇,其它学术论文30余篇,参与撰写英文学术专著2部,中文学术专著2部,获批国家发明专7项、申报中4项。获得湖北省技术发明一等奖(第6)、农业部科技进步三等奖(第6)和武汉市科技进步二等奖(第5)等奖励。
