李函，2012.6博士毕业于北京航空航天大学应用数学专业。曾先后任职于日本丰桥科技大学(博士后)，日本九州大学(助理教授)。现主持国家自然科学基金青年项目一项，中央高校基本科研业务费专项基金一项。主要从事新型学习算法设计、理论分析及应用研究，发表论文十余篇，包括Appl. Comput. Harmon. Anal., J. Neurocomputing, MSEA 等学术期刊。
