主要研究方向:

本实验室研究方向为草莓器官发育机制和种质创新。二倍体森林草莓具有植株矮小、生长周期短、基因组小和易转化等优点,是栽培草莓和蔷薇科果树的理想模式材料。本实验室主要通过化学诱变创建森林草莓人工变异群体,结合生物信息学、分子生物学、发育生物学、生物化学等多种实验手段挖掘和鉴定草莓株型、花器官和果实发育的关键调控基因,用于草莓遗传改良和育种。
