黄小罗,华中农业大学信息学院教授、博士生导师;湖北洪山实验室研究员。博士毕业于德国慕尼黑大学曾在英国 John Innes Centre  博士生交流访问。担任中国生物信息学会(筹)计算合成生物学专委会秘书长; Nature Computational ScienceNature ElectronicsAdvanced Science等期刊审稿人。 主持国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金等相关项目多项以第一或通讯作者(含共同)在Nature Computational ScienceNature PlantsNational Science Review Advanced ScienceiMeta Small MethodsChemical Engineering Journal 等杂志发表论文申请专利 40 项,授权 25 项。

 

本课题组主要从事计算合成生物学方面的研究,聚焦通过人工智能和合成生物学技术结合,在人工 DNA 合成设计与蛋白表达优化、DNA 信息存储与计算、秸秆生物质高效利用等方面形成突破。
