减数分裂负责配子细胞的产生，是实现有性生殖所必需的。减数分裂过程受到精密的调控，确保同源染色体准确的配对和分离。在此过程中，同源染色体发生大片段的交换，实现染色体重组，产生新的遗传变异。关于减数分裂的分子调控机制还有很多未解之谜，比如同源染色体如何实现精确的配对、联会和分离等。本课题组以拟南芥和甘蓝型油菜为模式，致力于解析减数分裂和染色体重组的分子调控机制，探索减数分裂调节在作物育种上的应用。
