曹胜波，男，中共党员，1975年出生于湖北房县。华中农业大学教授、博士生导师。先后入选国家百千万人才工程、教育部新世纪优秀人才。兼任教育部动物医学教学指导委员会副主任委员、中国畜牧兽医学会兽医公共卫生学分会副理事长、湖北省畜牧兽医学会秘书长等。主要从事媒介传播人兽共患病致病与免疫机制、宠物疫苗、宠物诊断试剂及治疗性抗体研发。主持承担国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金等课题。以通讯作者在Science Signaling、Journal of Immunology、Journal of Virology、Journal of Infectious Diseases等期刊发表SCI论文30余篇，获得湖北省科技进步一等奖1项、新兽药注册证书1项。
