Evolutionary Genomics
With the methods of computational and/or evolutionary genomics developed by our group or other groups, we center around the following research areas.
1）genetic incompatibilities introduced by duplicated genes
2）evolutionary mechanism of loci for self-incompatibilities in Rutaceae
3）evolutionary mechanism of loci for key traits including fruit quality and resistance in Rutaceae
