Computational Genomics
We are interested in the following research areas
1）Genome assembly, especially T2T(telomere to telomere) assembly, haplotype assembly for diploid and autopolyploid plant genomes.
2）Graphic genomes and identification of structural variations,
3）transposon insertion polymorphisms (TIPs)
Our research center around the method development of computation genomics and their application in genomics of Citrus, potato and other horticultural crops.
