朱清海，男，1969年生，博士，副教授，硕士生导师，1998年6月和2003年6月在华中科技大学分别获得硕士和博士学位，2009年12月至2010年12月在美国Colorado State University做访问研究。研究方向为科学技术哲学、环境伦理学。近年来主持或参与主持国家社科基金4项、各类省部级课题5项；在自然辩证法通讯、华中科技大学学报等刊物上发表论文近35篇，有多篇论文被人大复印资料全文转载。
