病原菌群体基因组学与流行病学
（1）动物病原菌基因组进化与血清型多样性的遗传基础：以胸膜肺炎放线杆菌(Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, APP)、副猪格拉泽菌(Glaesserella parasuis, GPS)为主要研究对象，运用比较基因组学和计算生物学技术解析病原细菌基因组进化特征以及血清型和毒力多样性的分子基础。（2）人兽共患病原菌在猪肉生产供应链中的流行与传播机制：运用群体生物学、群体基因组学和流行病学技术，研究猪链球菌(Streptococcus suis, SS)、耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(Livestock-associated Staphylococcus aureus, LA-MRSA)等动物源性人兽共患病原菌在不同生猪饲养、屠宰和零售模式下的感染、污染和传播规律。
