个人简介

郑雄杰,副教授,博导,入选湖北省“百人计划”,果蔬园艺作物种质创新与利用全国重点实验室固定研究人员,湖北洪山实验室固定研究人员。2018年12月获华中农业大学博士学位,博士期间在英国伦敦大学(皇家霍洛威学院)联合培养一年,后在沙特阿卜杜拉国王科技大学(KAUST)开展近五年的博士后研究。主要研究方向为:1)柑橘特征性次生代谢物(类胡萝卜素、异戊烯基酚类、柠檬苦素等)的合成与修饰酶基因鉴定及其亚细胞器隔离调控机制研究;2)次生代谢物结构多样性形成的分子机制及其在环境适应与病虫害防御中的生物学功能;3)基于合成生物学的植物(光合)细胞工厂构建,推动园艺资源的高值化利用与康养功能成分的绿色生物制造。近年来,主持国家自然科学基金、湖北省自然科学基金等多项科研项目,以第一作者(含并列)在 Molecular Plant (2 篇),Plant Biotechnology Journal (2篇)、Trends in Biotechnology等主流期刊发表系列论文。授权国家发明专利3项。
