研究方向
基因组学、微生物组学。主要针对农业有益微生物资源的高效发掘与智能开发,围绕种质资源的有效区分、优质资源的高效筛选、功能基因的准确鉴定、应用潜力的智能评估、有用资源的定向优化、应用过程的动态监控等关键环节打造数据链并且创新研究方法,助力农业微生物资源的精准化发掘与智能化应用。主要成果包括:(1)开发出新型农业微生物资源发掘的生物信息平台,建立了世界上规模最大的杀虫微生物种质和功能基因资源库,推动了第一个杀植物寄生线虫的芽胞杆菌农药成功上市。(2)彻底厘清了原乳酸杆菌属的分类学问题,为乳酸菌资源的有针对性发掘提供了理论基础。在Microbiome、mBio、Journal of Hazardous Materials、BMC Biology和Bioinformatics等期刊发表SCI论文60余篇,单篇被引超过1500次;主持国家自然科学基金3项,博士后基金2项。
