个人简介

张德,中共党员,博士,副研究员,硕士生导师20166月、20216月分别获得华中农业大学茶学专业本科学士和博士学位。20217月至20238月于华中农业大学食品科学与工程博士后流动站从事博士后研究。20239月加入华中农业大学茶学系。主要从事茶叶加工与质量安全快速检测研究,利用光谱技术和生物适配体技术构建茶叶中品质成分和风险物质的快速检测策略,解析快速检测机制,开发茶叶中品质成分和风险物质的快速检测产品。研究成果以第一作者或通讯作者发表在Journal of Hazardous Materials, Food Chemistry, Sensors and Actuators: B. Chemical等国际主流期刊。

先后主持了国家自然基金、中国博士后面上基金、国家重点研发子课题、省重点实验室开放型基金等多个项目

主要研究方向:1.茶叶复杂基质背景下风险物质光谱特异性快速检测机理的研究;2. 基于光谱技术的茶叶加工品质控制与监测。
