易宝军，男，1987年生，工学博士，副教授，硕士生导师，农业工程系主任，东湖高新3551光谷产业教授，湖北省“科技副总”，湖北省农业工程学会理事，中国农业工程学会高级会员，中国工程热物理燃烧学会会员，湖北省级科技特派员。2015年毕业于华中科技大学煤燃烧国家重点实验室，同年进入华中农业大学工学院工作。近年来主持或参与多项国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金、农业部行业专项、省重点研发计划、湖北省自然科学基金、中央高校基本科研业务费项目、企业委托项目等十余项。开展农业废弃物的热转化机理研究，生物质热转化装备的设计与开发，节能技术等相关工作，在JCP、AE、ECM、Energy、FPT、JEMA等国内外学术期刊上发表SCI学术论文20余篇，获国家授权发明专利十余项。目前是BT、ECM、Energy、FPT、JEMA、JCP等SCI国际期刊杂志的特约审稿人，获得全国农建优秀指导教师、校科创优秀指导教师、校青年教师讲课竞赛优胜奖、院优秀共产党员等荣誉。目前协助/独立指导研究生十余名，指导国家级大学生创新创业训练计划项目5项、大学生科技创新基金项目7项，指导学生荣获“挑战杯”、“节能减排”、“农建大赛”等十多项国家级奖励。团队与国内外多家高校和科研院所保持良好的合作关系。

Yi Baojun, male, born in 1987, doctor of engineering, associate professor, master supervisor, director of the Department of Agricultural Engineering, professor of Donghu High-tech 3551 Optics Valley Industry, "Vice president of science and technology" of Hubei Province, director of Hubei Agricultural Engineering Society, senior member of China Agricultural Engineering Society, member of China Engineering Thermophysical Combustion Society, Hubei provincial science and technology commissioner. He graduated from the State Key Laboratory of Coal Combustion of Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 2015 and entered the College of Engineering of Huazhong Agricultural University in the same year. In recent years, he has presided over or participated in more than ten projects, including a number of national key research and development plans, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Ministry of Agriculture's industry special projects, provincial key research and development plans, the Hubei Provincial Natural Science Foundation, the basic scientific research business fund projects of central universities, and the projects entrusted by enterprises. Carry out the research on the heat conversion mechanism of agricultural waste, the design and development of biomass heat conversion equipment, energy-saving technology and other related work, publish more than 20 SCI academic papers in domestic and foreign academic journals such as JCP, AE, ECM, ENERGY, FPT, JEMA, etc., and obtain more than ten invention patents authorized by the state. At present, he is a special reviewer of BT, ECM, Energy, FPT, JEMA, JCP and other SCI international journals and magazines, and has won the honors of National Outstanding Instructor of Agricultural Construction, Excellent Instructor of School Science and Technology Innovation, Winner of School Young Teachers Lecture Competition, and Outstanding Communist Party Member of the Academy. At present, he has assisted/independently supervised more than ten graduate students, guided 5 national college student innovation and entrepreneurship training plan projects, 7 college student science and technology innovation fund projects, and guided students to win more than ten national awards such as "Challenge Cup", "Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction" and "Agricultural Construction Competition". The team maintains good cooperative relations with many universities and research institutes at home and abroad.
