个人简介


主要以番茄抗虫性腺体毛和果实为研究对象,采用正向遗传学(全基因组关联分析和图位克隆)和CRISPR方法鉴定番茄果实发育、蜡质形成和腺体毛调控关键基因,全面解析果实发育和腺体毛形成的调控机制,并以此为基础开展番茄抗性品质育种。目前已经克隆多个番茄果实发育、蜡质形成和腺体毛控制关键基因,包括MEL、SlMYB31、Wo、H、SlCycB2等,并在国际知名杂志PNAS、PJ、JXB、HR、CMLS、NP等杂志发表论文20余篇,被SCI他引700余次,获批专利8项。作为华农番茄团队成员之一,获得华耐园艺科技奖、教育部科技进步二等奖、神农中华农业科技奖等多个奖项。博士学位论文被评为2012年度湖北省优秀博士学位论文和2013年度全国优秀博士学位论文。主持国家基金(4项)、国家重大研发项目子课题、优博基金、国家基金青年项目等10余项,经费600余万元。受邀担任PJ、PP、PBJ、JXB、Planta等多个杂志审稿人、硕博论文评审、国家基金评审人等职务。
