徐红梅,女,中共党员,1979年生,工学博士,教授,博士生导师。主要研究方向为机动车辆与农机装备人因工程性能分析与振动噪声控制,近年来主要以轮式拖拉机与谷物联合收获机两种重要农机装备为研究对象,综合运用机械振动理论、多体系统动力学理论、动作元分析法、有限元法以及虚拟样机动态仿真技术,对农机装备的振动与操纵舒适性问题、农机装备作业人员手臂振动传递问题等问题进行了系统深入的研究,并在农机装备人-机-路面耦合系统动力学建模、农机装备操纵舒适性定量分析与综合评价、农机装备作业人员手臂系统振动生物力学建模等方面取得了较大进展,具有重要的科学意义和实用价值。
任职以来,以第一作者或通讯作者发表科研论文30余篇,其中,SCI/EI检索20篇。作为项目主持人,获批国家自然科学基金面上项目2项,国家自然科学基金青年基金1项,教育部高等学校博士学科点专项科研基金1项,中央高校基本科研业务费专项基金3项,企事业单位合作项目3项。申请获批国家发明专利3项,实用新型专利7项,软件著作权3项。现为湖北省主要农作物生产全程机械化推进行动专家组成员,担任国家自然科学基金通讯评审专家,振动与冲击、华中农业大学学报、江苏大学学报等学术期刊的审稿人。
Hongmei Xu, born in 1979, PhD of engineering, professor, doctoral supervisor. Currently, her research is mainly directed to ergonomic performance as well as vibration and noise control of motor vehicles and agricultural machinery equipments. In recent years, Dr. Xu has been mainly focused on two important agricultural machinery equipments, wheeled tractors and grain combine harvesters, as the research objects. She has made comprehensive use of mechanical vibration theory, multi-body dynamics, action element analysis, finite element method and virtual prototype dynamic simulation to systematically study the vibration and manipulation comfort of agricultural machinery equipments, as well as the vibration transmission characteristics of the hand-arm system of the operating personnel of agricultural equipment. Dr. Xu has made great progress in the dynamic modeling of human-machine-road coupling system, quantitative analysis and comprehensive evaluation of the operation comfort of agricultural machinery equipments, and the biomechanical and vibration modeling of the arm system of the operators, which is of great scientific significance and practical values.
Dr. Xu has published more than 30 academic papers as the first author or corresponding author, including 20 SCI/EI papers. Besides, she has presided over one project supported by the National Science Foundation of China for Young Talent, two projects supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, one project supported by the Specialized Research Fund for the Doctoral Program of Higher Education of China, two projects supported by the Basic Scientific Research of Central Universities, and three cooperation projects with public institution. Besides, she has successfully applied for three National Invention Patent, seven National Utility Model Patents, and three software copyrights. She is currently a member of the expert committee for the completely mechanical production of main crops in Hubei Province, and a reviewer of the National Natural Science Foundation of China as well as the Journal of Huazhong Agricultural University and Journal of Jiangsu University.
