注册会计师超长累计任期与股价崩盘风险研究

Abstract:从资本市场反应的角度,研究了注册会计师超长累计任期对股价崩盘风险的影响及其传导路径。采用工具变量法和两阶段最小二乘回归来检验注册会计师超长累计任期与股价崩盘风险的关系,进一步用中介效应模型检验了注册会计师超长累计任期影响股价崩盘风险的路径。研究发现:注册会计师超长累计任期与股价崩盘风险正相关;在注册会计师超长累计任期影响股价崩盘风险中,非效率投资存在完全中介效应,信息披露存在部分中介效应,而关联交易侵占和盈余管理则不存在中介效应。
