万鹏，男，工学博士，教授，博士生导师，现为华中农业大学工学院农业工程系教师，工学院畜禽水产工程技术与装备团队负责人，主要从事水产养殖设施装备、淡水产品加工技术与装备、农产品品质的智能检测与评价等领域的科研与教学工作。1999年9月至2009年6月就读于吉林大学生物与农业工程学院，获农业电气化与自动化专业工学博士学位；2009年7月起供职于华中农业大学工学院，2015年12月至2016年11月赴美国佛罗里达大学(University of Florida)访学。主持国家重点研发计划子课题、湖北省农机装备研发制造推广应用一体化项目、湖北省农机装备补短板核心技术应用攻关项目及子课题、湖北省重点研发计划项目等项目11项，企业委托课题5项。发表研究论文40余篇，其中以第一作者/通讯作者发表论文30余篇；以第一发明人授权发明专利5项，实用新型专利19项，外观专利2项，软件著作权13项；主持制定湖北省地方标准2项，完成成果转化1项。

Wan Peng, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor, earned my Ph.D. in Agricultural Electrification and Automation from Jilin University in 2009. Since July 2009, I had been working in the Department of Agricultural Engineering, College of Engineering, at Huazhong Agricultural University. My teaching responsibilities include undergraduate courses such as Engineering Graphics, Mechanical Drawing, and Food Machinery and Equipment.

My research focuses on the following areas:

(1) Intelligent equipment for facility aquaculture;

(2) Freshwater product processing technology and equipment;

(3) Intelligent detection and evaluation of agricultural product quality.

Positions are available in his research group for doctoral and master’s students in the fields of intelligent equipment for facility aquaculture, freshwater product processing technology and equipment, and modern breeding technology and equipment. International students with a background in Mechatronics Engineering, Automation, Image Processing, or related disciplines are warmly welcome to apply for graduate study in his group.
