Wang Qiaohua is a professor and doctoral supervisor. She holds a PhD in Engineering and a postdoctoral degree in Food Science. Her area of expertise is in Agricultural Electrification and Automation, with research focuses on Poultry and Egg Processing Technology and Equipment, Intelligent Non-Destructive Testing and Traceability of Agricultural Products, Mechatronics Integration Technology and Digital Equipment, as well as Machine Vision-Spectral Detection-Biosensing Technology and Applications.She is recognized as a prominent young expert with outstanding contributions in Hubei Province, one of the top ten outstanding figures in China's egg processing industry, a leading talent in Shouyan Shishan of Huazhong Agricultural University, and an executive director of the Asian Egg Association, as well as a vice chairman of the Hubei Engineering Graphics Society, executive director of the Hubei Engineering Graphics Society, director of the Hubei Agricultural Engineering Society, and director of the Hubei Non-destructive Testing Society.She has presided over more than 20 national and provincial projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation, the Public Welfare Industry (Agriculture) Research Special Fund, the National Science and Technology Support Program, the Hubei Science and Technology Support Program, the Provincial Science and Technology Tackling Key Problems Program, the Key Research and Development Program, the Provincial Natural Science Foundation, and the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation. She has been granted 35 authorized invention patents as the first author, published more than 90 SCI/EI-indexed papers as the first or corresponding author in domestic and international academic journals, and edited one monograph. She has also led the development of two local standards in Hubei Province.In 2021, she was awarded the first prize of Hubei Provincial Science and Technology Invention Award (1/6), and in 2014, she won the first prize of Hubei Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award (3/15).
