舒彩霞，女，1969年生，工学硕士，硕士导师。主要从事农业机械化工程领域的科研与教学工作，重点在油菜机械化生产技术与装备领域开展科学研究。是农业部科研杰出人才及其创新团队“油菜机械化生产技术与装备研发”团队核心成员之一，先后主持纵向和横向科研课题多项，如农业农村部农业技术试验示范专项经费项目“种植机械化技术交流与示范”，公益性行业（农业）科研专项子课题 “稻田绿肥轻简化翻压利用机械研制”，华中农业大学科技创新基金“双低油菜生产全程机械化关键技术体系的研究”和“高粗茎秆通用型切割技术及其机理研究”，横向课题“冬油菜精量联合直播机的研发”、“油麦兼用型播种机研发”和“精量播种机研发”等。

Shu Caixia, born in 1969, master of engineering and master supervisor, mainly engaged in research and teaching of agricultural mechanization engineering, is mainly engaged in the scientific research of rape mechanized production technology and equipment. As the core member of the team of research and development of mechanized production technology and equipment for rapeseed which became the Outstanding Scientific Research Personnel and Innovation Team of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, she has presided over several scientific research projects, such as “the exchange and demonstration of mechanized planting technology” supported by the special funds for technical experiments and demonstrations of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, “the development of green manure light simplified turning machine for rice” supported by the Special Research Projects for Public Welfare Industries (Agriculture), “the study on key technology system of mechanized production for double-low rapeseed” and “the study of the common type of cutting technology and its mechanism for high stalk crops” both supported by science and technology innovation funds of Huazhong Agricultural University, and transverse projects like “the research and development of combined precision planter for winter rapeseed”, “ the research and development of seed planter for both rapeseed and wheat”, and “the research and development of precision planter”，etc.
