Profile

潘志勇,教授,博导。201112月获华中农业大学博士学位并留校工作;20108-20118月获国家留学基金委资助于美国马里兰大学联合培养一年。主要从事柑橘砧木养分高效利用研究。发掘了养分高效柑橘砧木资源并揭示了其作用机理,鉴定了调控菌根共生的核心基因并揭示植物(柑橘)与真菌通过有机-无机养分交换维持菌根共生的机制,发掘了柑橘根际有益微生物并解析了其功能。

主持国家重点研发计划课题和子课题、国家自然科学基金面上、国家国际科技合作专项、湖北省自然科学基金等20余项。迄今以第一或通讯作者在Molecular PlantNew PhytologistJ Exp BotHorticulture Research等期刊发表论文40余篇,论文被引1200余次,H指数20;获授权国家发明专利3项;发布地方或团体标准2项。担任Horticulturae、华中农业大学学报等期刊的专题编辑;担任Plant PhysiologyTree PhysiologyScientia Horticulturae、园艺学报、果树学报等10余个期刊的审稿人。曾获湖北省优秀博士学位论文、湖北省优秀学士学位论文指导奖、全国科技助力精准扶贫先进个人、华中农业大学教学成果二等奖(序3)、教育部自然科学一等奖(序6)等奖励或荣誉。

 

主要研究方向:

1.柑橘砧木铁养分高效吸收和稳态机制。发掘和创制养分高效柑橘砧木资源,解析砧木在盐碱土等逆境条件下高效吸收铁养分的机制,为柑橘生产提供优异的砧木。

2.植物(柑橘)菌根共生分子机制。鉴定调控菌根共生形成与维持及根系养分吸收的关键基因,为创制养分高效柑橘砧木提供基因资源。

3.柑橘根际有益微生物发掘及机制解析。发掘促进植株生长、提升果实品质的柑橘根际微生物种群,解析这些微生物调控生长和品质的机理,从而为微生物肥料研发提供优质菌种。

4. 柑橘优质轻简高效栽培技术集成与示范。重点研发宜机化建园、矮化树体、土壤生物途径改良等关键技术,为柑橘优质和省力化生产提供技术支撑。
