罗承铭，男，1987年7月出生，博士，讲师。2008年毕业于西北农林科技大学农业机械化及其自动化专业，获工学学士学位，同年推免为本校机械设计及理论专业硕士研究生， 2011年获工学硕士学位，2017年毕业于加拿大渥太华大学，获机械工程博士学位。2018年11月至今在华中农业大学工学院工作。主要研究方向为车辆导航与控制、智能农业装备与系统。

Dr. Chengming Luo was born in July 1987. He received a Bachelor of Engineering in agricultural mechanization and automation and a Master of Applied Science in machine design and theory from Northwest A&F University in 2008 and 2011, respectively. He obtained a Ph.D. in mechanical engineering from University of Ottawa, Canada in 2017. Since November 2018, he has been a Lecturer in the College of Engineering at Huazhong Agricultural University. His research interests include automatic guidance and control of vehicles and mobile robots, and intelligent agricultural equipment and systems.
