采后病原真菌致病的分子基础及调控机制
针对果蔬采后腐烂等重大产业难题，围绕果蔬产品“优质、安全”的关键科学问题，以果实采后重要致病真菌Penicillium digitatum和Geotrichum citri-aurantii为模式材料解析病原真菌致病分子机制，同时开展果蔬采后病害绿色防控的研发及应用工作。具体包括：
1、柑橘指状青霉和酸腐病的抗药性和致病性的分子机制
2、猕猴桃软腐病致病性的分子基础
3、釆后病害的物理防控（温度：低温贮藏，热处理；光：射线处理，单色光处理；气体：CO2 ，臭氧等）
4、釆后病害的安全防控（GRAS盐离子，食品添加剂等）
5、釆后病害的生物防控（生防细菌、酵母等）
