个人/课题组简介
胡晓攀,华中农业大学信息学院/生命科学技术学院教授、博士生导师,湖北洪山实验室研究员。入选国家级青年人才、湖北省创新人才支持计划。课题组依托华中农业大学信息学院和湖北洪山实验室,以微生物为研究对象,主要研究方向包括:(1)基于约束模型,系统解析微生物资源分配的优化机制;(2)运用系统发育学方法,揭示与目标性状相关的基因组特征;(3)整合系统生物学模型与符合进化规律的基因组特征,理性设计并优化原核生物基因组,实现资源分配的最优化。主要研究成果发表在Science、Nature Communications、PLOS Genetics、mSystems等国际主流学术期刊。
