皇甫冰玉，博士，现为华中农业大学经济管理学院经济学系副研究员。2026年博士毕业于浙江大学公共管理学院农业经济管理专业，2024-2025年赴美国密歇根州立大学Michigan State University进行联合培养，2021年本科毕业于华中农业大学经济管理学院经济学系。

         研究领域为发展经济学（要素配置、农业生产、土地制度等议题）与劳动经济学（家庭分工、劳动力流动等议题）。研究成果发表于Journal of Development Economics (JDE)、Journal of Economic Behavior & Organization (JEBO)（2篇）以及European Review of Agricultural Economics等国际知名期刊。担任Review of Development Economics、China & World Economy等学术期刊审稿人。
