由卵菌致病疫霉（Phytophthora infestans）引起的晚疫病是马铃薯的一种毁灭性病害。致病疫霉分泌大量效应蛋白到植物细胞来干扰寄主的各种免疫反应，最终实现成功侵染，这是晚疫病致病机理中的关键因素。基于马铃薯晚疫病致病疫霉效应蛋白与植物靶标互作的研究，后续研究将通过致病疫霉效应蛋白作为探针，来解析马铃薯抗/感晚疫病的机制，拓展寄主-病原菌互作过程的认知，为植物绿色抗病策略提供思路。
