遗传变异的功能预测和实验验证。
系统分析了人类中遗传变异对miRNA、lncRNA、甲基化、基因表达、可变剪切等功能的影响。构建了一系列遗传变异相关的数据库（miRNASNP、lncRNASNP、PancanQTL、Pancan-meQTL、SplicingQTL）。并结合分子流行病学、分子生物学等技术鉴定及验证了多个癌症相关的易感位点及基因。
