tsremark本人贡献: 创新大赛指导老师。构建了农业生物领域一系列本体知识库。通过对异质异构、多模态的水稻及微生物科学数据本体相关研究，成功研制了水稻基因-性状元链接本体和乳酸菌群-疾病元链接本体。其中，水稻基因-性状元链接本体可以对Oryzabase、RAP-DB、MSU-RGAP等九个水稻公共数据库的数据进行标准化语义标注，乳酸菌群-疾病元链接本体可以对RegPrecise、MiBioGen、Peryton等十二个乳酸菌公共数据库数据进行标准化语义标注。经过元链接本体标注处理后，分别去除了水稻公共数据库和乳酸菌公
